Guidelines for getting started
Design Process
1
Introduction Meeting
You can contact me directly by email or use the contact form on the website. Describe your business and needs. I will set up a 30-minute Google Meet video call so we can discuss the details.
2
Project Proposal
Following our meeting, I will write a short project proposal summarizing what we discussed, the scope, deliverables, and an estimate. If anything is missing or you have questions, we can address them here.
3
Sign-Off and Deposit
Once the project proposal has been approved and signed. You will be required to pay a deposit, which is predetermined and agreed upon in the project proposal. This must be paid before work can begin.
4
Design Process Begins
According to the timeline and scope, design work will begin and be ready for review accordingly. Files and drafts will not be sent digitally and can only be viewed in a Google Meet video call for review and feedback.
5
Review and Revisions
To discuss the process and revisions, you will need to be available for video calls in a timely manner. The number of revisions will depend on what is agreed upon in the project proposal. Delays to the timeline and additional revisions will add additional cost.
6
Deliverables
Final files will not be transferred until all project invoices have been paid. At that time, I will hand over all deliverables, account ownership, and any other agreed-upon items. Standard copyright and ownership practices are outlined below.
